Most businesses are collecting feedback from their customers in some way - even if it’s informally. Where we see businesses let themselves down is that they are not tracking the feedback and haven’t empowered their staff to follow-up.

The research programs we implement can include a combination of surveys, focus groups, the collection of anecdotal feedback and implementing a tracking and follow-up process.

If we facilitate the research for you (eg host a focus group or design a survey), we’ll also complete an analysis report for you which identifies trends and makes recommendations for your business.

All that means your customers feel valued and it will allow you to better meet their needs (now that you know what they are!).
